I have worked with numerous Realtors, in the course of buying and selling several houses. I have worked with real estate professionals in New Mexico and Arizona. While selling my home in Estrella Mountain Ranch, I fired two Realtors because their marketing efforts were inadequate and totally ineffective. Then, I discovered Nanci Budge. Never have I worked with a more personable and dedicated Realtor than Nanci Budge, of Century 21 Metro Alliance... Nanci worked very hard to market my home, and gave some good advise on changes that would make my house more attractive to prospective buyers. I believe that following her advise was largely responsible for selling the house. The best compliment I can pay Nanci is to say that I would use her again, were I buying or selling a house in the Goodyear area. I recommend her without reservation. Besides, she gives you good cookies!!!
